The legendary Tiffany Art series has got a new low mintage coin dedicated to magnificent and elaborate Jaina architecture. The 12th Tiffany Art edition shows a grave of honour in the form of a dome shaped pavilion, called Chhatri, on the Gadi Sagar Lake.
Struck from 1 kilo antique finished silver 999, the coin is decorated with a blue glass pane according to the Tiffany glass tradition.
The excellently decorated obverse of this coin provides us a peek into the atrium of the temple Adeshwar Nath at Jaisalmer. Traditional to all Palau coins, there is a stylized composition including a shield with Neptune holding his trident, a mermaid by his side and an open treasure chest.
Both sides have blue glass windows and a perfect blend of unbelievable relief height and finest details. This inset breathes life into the whole antique-finish coin design. .
