The Doni Tondo of Doni Madonna, sometimes called the Holy Family, is the only finished panel painting by the mature Michelangelo to survive. Now it is still in original frame. Tha painting was probably commissioned by Agnolo Doni and it is in the from of a tondo, or round frame. The work was likely created in the year 1503 or 1504 and it features the Christian Holy Family.

The high relief frame that surrounds the painting is a real masterpiece of modern minting. Different gold plating technologies let the frame shine in various ways! Surrounded by this very special frame, the painting is printed in the newest technology of digital printing.
