The coin has the shape of a circle, from the front and back sides - edging, protruding around the circumference. The side surface of the coin is notched. The mintage is limited to 999 pieces for global distribution.

As for the design of the coin, the obverse features a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus in the outer circle above. In the inner circle in the center, there is a composition consisting of elements of a clockwork, the Sun and the Moon. In the center of the clockwork - an insert from cubic zirconia. In a circle - numbers indicating years from 2013 to 2024, by the number of years of one cycle of the Chinese lunar calendar. Gold highlights the individual elements of the central composition and 2020 (Year of the Mouse).

The reverse depicts the image of the gilded crescent and the Chinese character for the rat in the center. In a circle, there are images of eight rats holding pieces of cheese in their paws, surrounded by stars, decorative elements around the coin.
