This picturesque set of three silver coins is the third issue from the “Ounce of Art” series. It features three great investment designs – Britannia, Libertad, and Walking Liberty in a modern interpretation in the style of Vincent van Gogh.
The reverse of the first coin represents a beautiful golden Britain, glorious claiming its land after the Romans' withdrawals. The obverse of the coin represents the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II gold-plated. Also, there is an inscription here: “D · G · REG · F · D” that is the Latin acronym for Dei Gratia Regina Fidei Defender.
The reverse of the second coin shows the beautiful Winged Victory, the goddess of victory in the ancient Roman religion on a mountainous backdrop. The obverse of the coin features the Mexican Coat of Arms.
The reverse of the third coin represents Lady Liberty, taken from the “Walking Liberty” design by Adolph A. Weinman, which had originally been used in the United States half-dollar coin from 1916 to 1947. The obverse of the coin represents the Shield of Coat Arms of the USA.
The coins are gold plated and delivered in an elegant box, together with the Certificate of Authenticity. The mintage is limited to 1516 pieces for global distribution.
